Guidelines for Submitting a Guest Post
Please remember these things before you send us your guest post:
- Length and Depth: Your piece should go into great detail about the subject and include well-researched thoughts and ideas. Try to write at least 600 words.
- Structure: Put your content in order by giving it a clear title, headers, and paragraphs. Don’t forget to add a short bio of the author.
- Links: Include no outbound links except to reputable sources for reference.
- No Promotions: We don’t accept posts that are promotional or advertising in nature.
- Originality: Your content must be original and unpublished elsewhere.
- Accuracy: We reject posts with grammatical errors or incorrect information.
- Media: Feel free to include relevant music, videos, or images, provided you have the rights or they are copyright-free.
- Ownership: Ensure you fully own the content and it hasn’t been shared on other blogs or websites.
- Complex Topics: Articles on highly complex subjects are less likely to be approved unless you present strong arguments or perspectives.
- Images: Include at least one relevant image. Attach it separately and also embed it in the article if possible.
- Value: Your post should be educational and beneficial for the intended audience.

- Insightful and Complete: Give complete, well-researched details.
- Talking Voice: Write as if you’re talking to the person. Utilise “I” and “you” to build a particular link.
- Interesting Introduction: Begin with an interesting introduction that makes people want to read more.
- Personal Touch: Share specific examples or personal experiences to enrich your content.
- Relevant Links: If applicable, link to current studies or media coverage.
- Unique Topics: Focus on niche or fresh perspectives rather than broad topics.
- Avoid Rants: Stay balanced and avoid overly opinionated or ranting tones.
- Acknowledge Different Views: Cite opposing viewpoints when relevant.
- No Jargon: Use clear, straightforward language. Avoid jargon and acronyms.
- Read Aloud: After writing, read your post aloud to ensure it sounds natural and clear.
What We Do Not Accept
Please refrain from submitting:
- Promotional Content: No overtly promotional material. Links to your business or product can be included in a relevant context.
- Explicit Content: Posts with explicit themes or profanity will be rejected.
- Hate Speech: Any content with racist or abusive language is not acceptable.
- Duplicate Content: We do not accept articles that are duplicated from other websites or previously published elsewhere, including your own site.
